“With the participation of the Presidents BOHN and LACAILLE, the Bar President, Jean-Marie LELOUP, has laid out the patrimonial nature of the Commercial Agent contract. He explained what behavior professionals should have to save and expand this value.
He notably insisted on the writing of contracts, especially pertaining to foreign manufacturers and he dedicated a long time to studies prior to Commercial Agency transmission or acquisition. The organization of the conference by Mr Jean Louis REVAUD, President of the “Chambre Professionnelle de la région Lyonnaise”, also allowed to catch up with agents from Languedoc or Auvergne.”
